Skull Expansion Hair Loss Connection (Theory)

Came across a great free PDF that does push a book to
buy, but still has some key info inside.

The fundamental idea is that DHT is a growth hormone and this causes hair growth, bone growth, muscle growth.  Now where the balding occurs is when the skull bones grow too much and stretches the skin.  Thus pinching the veins/capillaries blood flow to the hair follicles and slowly thinning the hair down until its gone or unnoticeable.

So DHT is not what causes hair to thin .. but actually causes growth.  The problem is its causing bone growth too which leads to the hair loss.

So the question becomes how do you remove that DHT build up in the system?

 - Exercise ( the kind where you feel like you worked your body good .. you'll have body sensations like tingling or things of this nature that indicate when its effective)

- Balanced Nutrition (which includes proper Hydration of quality water)

-Balanced Sleep (make sure you're getting enough and good quality sleep)

- Balanced Sex Life (no excess in sex or masturbation .... and also noticing if you are involved in highly stressful sexual practices either in masturbation or with other(s) that will cause a huge surge of DHT creation during (from the stress))

- Stress in general (find the sources of emotional stress in your life and try to reduce as much as possible ... as stress creates DHT in the body)

Good stresses like Exercise and other stresses
can be beneficial of course as long as balanced and non obsessive.

Masturbating on Cam Sites and link to hair recession (theory)

Possible link between masturbating on cam sites such as Omegle or the other sex chats; and hair recession.  This is due to high stress potential of exposing yourself to strangers.... High stress = DHT rise.

If you have a feeling this was occurring it may have some truth in it.

Of course, the remedy would be to stop doing the activity.

Iron

Have an Iron Rich Diet

One of the major reason for hair loss is deficiency of iron in your diet. For strong and healthy hair, it is essential that you add iron to your diet. Green leafy vegetables, beans, red meat and tofu are all rich in iron. They also contain biotin and zinc, which are essential minerals that help in promoting hair growth.

Steam shower or sauna

Visiting the steam shower or sauna can stimulate hair growth as well by cleaning out clogged pores and providing new blood circulation.

This cannot be a substitute for exercise though ... exercise is the best way to renew blood circulation and the best way to clean your body by sweating.  Sauna or the steam shower is something to do periodically.

Short term vegetarian diet for help with inflamation

A short term vegetarian diet can be very beneficial in helping reduce inflammation in the organs and skin etc...  Although I dont recommend it for long term (unless you are happy and dont feel like you are lacking any nutrients). In my opinion meat can be a very good hair growth food (dense calories and proteins), as long as you are not over doing it and not being sedentary.

A vegetarian diet can also be effective for helping to curtail sexual desires if you are cutting sexual activity down for hair / body health.

Brain Swelling and possible skull growth due to this (theory)

You may be aware of theories that suggest skull expansion tightens the scalp thus cutting back blood circulation and leading to hair loss and thinning.

Now the question is what causes this expanding in the first place.

My theory is based in co factors.

1. Over ejaculation (without the proper rest in between) can cause brain swelling and throbbing.  Over ejaculating can force the body to put its energy reserves to protect the inner organs of the torso and not focus on extremities. (hands feet maybe become cold -- as well as penis and testicles -- and nose / ears -- scalp (hair loss! -- which also can help sebum/oil buildup and clog follicles and thin/starve hair out) -- you may also notice dandruff or a sludge which is the oil mixed with the sebum as a white oily sludge.

2. Edging while masturbating can do the same (from a shortened breath pattern while masturbating -- thus oxygen depleting the brain. -- Also from increasing stress levels in the body and the flooding of arousal hormones that are being hyper stimulated by holding back ejaculation. This becomes even extra when viewing personal boundary pushing porn. (the reason being to heighten arousal feeling in the body which is the addiction and reason to want to edge in the first place)

3. Alcohol is proven to swell the brain. (but i've noticed drunks who were bald and others who had decent amount of hair -- i think this is coupled though with the next factor I mention - 4. over eating .. and coupled with 1. Over Ejaculating)  Alcohol has made me extra horny in the next day that I am not drunk anymore but mostly detoxing from it.

4. Over eating swells the stomach and many other organs and thus can do the same to the brain.  This can also mess up oxygen getting to the brain as the other swelled organs cause much of the blood flow to stay away for the extremities of the body (scalp)

5. Sugar .. over consumption of sugar mainly in the refined state will swell brain tissue.  Fruit (natural sugar) i think could only do this if one is a fruitarian for too long and the body is not balanced hormonally because of that diet.  Although mixing fruit with grains (especially wheat) can ferment in the stomach/intestines and can see how this would swell the brain.

6. Lack of exercise and thinking too much or doing too much mental cognition. Because the energy you are using is going to the brain mostly and not your sedentary body.  Where energy goes the place tends to strengthen or grow -- thus brain swelling from over use without rest.  Sitting on your ass and on the computer all day (even if its at work) can definitely increase this swelling.

7. Vitamin Deficiencies -- not getting certain food types that are needed.  I've noticed many Africans in pictures who mainly only eat grains with a swollen head and losing hair (even in the kids :(

8. Radiation sources from electronics etc ... One may notice this happening more when certain devices versus others.

9. Being around certain people.  Ever noticed how certain people can give you a headache that feels like pressure from the inside pushing out? (esoteric theory I know ... but i experience this in my life and I am sure others have too)

10. Eating too much meat might also be a cause.

Another great stress atricle

Article on how lack of blood circulation thins follicles

Stress (in its myriad forms) being the cause of blood flow decrease.

http://humancure.com/hair-loss-the-ultimate-cure/

Good article on some of the causes of hair loss

In 2004 or 5 I discovered that DHT was a culprit in the onset of male pattern baldness, and patients who took an anti-DHT pill to treat hairloss reported loss of sex drive. So, I surmised there was a link between DHT production and sex drive, and assumed that giving up masturbating would cause DHT levels to drop and allow my hair to grow back.

So, back in 2004 or 5, I refrained from masturbating for 3 or 4 months, and to my great surprise I started to notice small blonde hairs growing on my hairline where it was previously bald. As time went by, more hair regrew and became thicker and darker. However, I soon slipped back into my old ways of excessive masturbation and my hair began to recede again. I have decided to re-embark on my program, but this time - along with my new discoveries - I am going to see it right through until my hair is completely restored.

Please excuse me if you're already familiar with the information contained in this paragraph, but just to briefly explain why excessive masturbating can contribute to male pattern baldness: Each time we become sexually aroused, the prostate gland produces an enzyme called 5 alpha reductase. This Enzyme converts testosterone into dyhydrotestosterone -- a more potent version of regular testosterone. OK, so when we masturbate, heart rate naturally increases and so does body heat. 35 to 40% of body heat is released from small sweat glands attached to the hair follicles of the scalp; this is why we feel lots of heat around our temples/hairlines when we masturbate or when we do any other physical activity which causes us to produce body heat.

Now each time this DHT filled blood rushes to the head, DHT is prone to building up within the blood vessels connecting to the follicles and therefore causing clogging. This clogging doesn't solely happen through masturbating, but other contributory factors are involved as I will now delve into.

In addition to the DHT/masturbating dilemma, I discovered something else, which I advise you to take serious notice of: the scalp contains two muscle groups we lay on when we sleep. Hair loss never occurs where these muscles are situated.

Please click on these links and look at the muscles I am talking about:

[link to dmmassage.com]

[link to upload.wikimedia.org]

Notice the familiar egg-in-the-nest effect when a man goes through the advanced stages of pattern baldness, i.e., the hair disappears at the top, but remains around the lower back and sides? The temporalis muscle and the occiptalis muscle provide lots of oxygen to the hairs situated on the layers of skin covering these muscles, so DHT is easily metabolised here and doesn't clog the follicles. However, there are no muscle groups in the upper region of the scalp, so oxygen levels are minimal compared to the lower scalp, thus making it more prone to DHT clogging.

This upper region is called the Galea Aponeurotica:

[link to images.corriere.it]

Now, consider this: how long do we sleep on average? Around about 8 hours per night, yes? Now the head is the heaviest part of the body, and if follicles are heavily compressed by the weight of our heads against a pillow for 8 hours per night, oxygen and blood circulation would be massively reduced to them.

DHT builds up as you sleep because your hairline and upper scalp is compressed against a pillow. So, if you want DHT to clear from your scalp and achieve hair regrowth, you must not sleep on this vulnerable area of the scalp. Instead, fix your pillows so that you are sleeping only on the scalp muscles provided in the links, and allow the galea to hang over the edge of your pillow.

When we sleep on the upper temples a large artery situated around the hairline (the temporalis artery) is compressed against the pillow. When this artery is compressed against a pillow for the whole time we sleep metabolism is lowered to the surrounding cells and DHT is more prone to building up and clogging (this is why our hairlines begin to recede, due to the temples being compressed against the pillow).

The problem is made worse if you masturbate just before you go to sleep because this DHT filled blood goes to the scalp, and your scalp can't metabolize this DHT because it is compressed against a pillow for hours. So if you have to masturbate on that rare occasion, make sure you NEVER do it before you go to bed, instead do it when your metabolism is active so that blood will effectively circulate and minimize the chances of DHT build up in the scalp.

Also - very importantly: when you're sleeping, make sure that your bedroom is well ventilated, so that fresh oxygen is always being supplied to your cells, otherwise you will be breathing in waste carbon dioxide gases you've breathed out. When carbon dioxide is breathed in, it forms into carbonic acid in the blood. Any cells which have difficulty in receiving oxygen will be prone to carbon acid build up, and will begin to inflame.

Now, the follicles of the scalp (of baldinng men) are oxygen deficient because they are clogged with DHT, so they will be highly prone to the effects of carbonic acid, and thus will be first to become inflamed. You may have noticed that when you're losing your hair you experience a prickly stinging sensation around your hairline or any area where hairloss occurs; this is caused by carbonic acid inflaming your follicles, due to (oxygen deficiency). Simply put airloss causes hairloss.

While we're on the subject of sleep; I have to tell you that it is very, very important to get to bed early, especially after a long, hard day day at work. If you burn the midnight oil too much, then you are prone to exhaustion and premature aging because you're body is in oxygen/nutrient debt; carbonic acid will build up in cells and you will suffer worse hairloss. So if you want carbonic acids to be kept very low, then you must make sure that oxygen levels are completely restored to your cells, and this is achieved through plenty of sleep.

Another theory in the onset of baldness (which I agree is a major contributory factor) is skull size. When the skull is larger than average, the skin of the scalp will be slightly tighter than normal, which would naturally lower the levels of blood circulation and therefore oxygen to cells. And as I previously explained, cells lower in oxygen are more prone to carbonic acid build up. And let's not forget, cells lower in oxygen will have lower metabolism, circulation will be slower and DHT clogging is more likely. But if you sleep without the galea (upper temples and scalp) compressed against a pillow, then circulation will be increased to the galea and DHT will begin clear away.

Also, over production of adrenaline can lead to a tighter scalp because adrenaline acts as a vasoconstrictor to skin cells, and a vasodilator to skeletal muscles. So... adrenaline lowers blood circulation to skin cells, and increases it to muscle groups. If adrenaline is not discharged from the body (via physical activity), then it will naturally build up and make the skin become tighter.

You may have noticed that in bald men the scalp looks shinier than men who have hair. This shininess occurs because of tightness largely caused by adrenaline making the skin cells tighter. When we are chronically stressed out we produce more adrenaline, which then causes heart rate and blood pressure to increase. When this happens blood rushes to the head in order to release body heat from the small sweat glands attached to the follicles, and so the skin of the scalp becomes a target site for adrenaline build up, thus causing the follicles to enter into a permanent state of contraction.

So, in a nutshell:

DHT itself does not destroy follicles, it is down to the major clogging it causes which reduces oxygen to the follicle. Oxygen deficiency causes a buildup of carbonic acid, which then damages the cell through inflammation.

1) Masturbate as little as possible to reduce DHT build up within the scalp.

2) Never sleep on the galea aponeurotica region of the scalp (always sleep on the scalp muscles), so that blood circulation increases to the hairline and upper scalp in general.

3) Always get plenty of sleep to restore oxygen levels to cells, so that carbonic acids are low.

4) Try to relax so that adrenaline levels are minimalized, and the cells of the upper scalp will dilate and allow more blood circulation.

5) (I forgot to touch upon this): Eat a healthy diet. Eating a healthy balanced diet really does help in making the hair healthy.

….

Drink black tea. The Harvard study also found that black tea decreased DHT formation. Green tea might be beneficial as well, the study noted, but black tea produced more benefit.

stress

"Stress reduces blood supply to the hair follicles in two ways:

1. The stress response reduces blood supply to the extremities of the body.

2. The muscles in your face, jaw, neck & shoulders can permanently stay tense (reducing blood flow) without you even noticing it! "

Thoughts from the Tao

Tao Risks of Too Frequent Ejaculation

When sex is performed with the recommended Tao frequency, it becomes an inexhaustible source of energy, like a well that never runs dry. However, when ejaculation frequency exceeds the capacity of the body to fully replenish semen, men can experience chronic fatique, low resistance, loss of sexual drive, loss of focus and irritability. Long term excessive ejaculation can cause chronic low zinc conditions which can cause chronic fatique, mental confusion and significant loss of sexual drive. It is also considered harmful to ejaculate when ill, drunk or gorged with food.

Frequent Sex but Infrequent Ejaculation

Ejaculation control and discipline is not to be confused with frequency of sex. There are significant physiologic. phsycologic and therapeutic benefits to having sex. Frequent sex intercourse maintains a man's interest in the act as well as his capacity to continue indefinitely until his partner is fully satisfied.

Stress is the baseline cause

We already know that excessive stress is the baseline factor for hair loss.  Un-dealt with stress can also contribute.

But what has not been done in fullness, is becoming aware of all the different co factors of stress, or behaviors, etc ... that cause hair loss. A mapping of stress causing behaviors or events that have not been dealt with or released or relaxed from.

One could start with the factor of stress caused from excessive sexual activity. (masturbatory or with partners)  Many times if we are being too sexual we are using it as a stress relief (which it naturally is of course), but when it becomes excessive it will cause more stress. (it causes a constant tension or non relaxed state of the body, mind or both) ... a tension of the mind means too many thoughts or chaotic irrational thoughts etc...

Another aspect to the sex factor can be the partner you are engaging with.  You may be getting stress from them depending on how deep the relationship is.  It basically gets transferred... and you may have even noticed traits of how they act in you, after this occurs. (yes stress can be transferred through sex a great deal)

Also if you engage in regular risque or casual encounters that give you a high from the deviancy of the sexual act can be Very stressful on the body/mind.  Often leaving one in a non relaxed state. An example of regular sex or masturbation becoming risque can be from the tightening of the anus that occurs from this over-orgasmsing.  This tightening occurs because we clinch the anus during masturbation or sex and very intensely and involuntarily upon orgasm.  Over time this will leave the anus in an always tight or tense state because it does not have the proper time to recover and relax again.  Now where the risque part comes in is to start inserting things in the anus because of a natural need to relax it. (and one can see how this evolve into very unhealthy sexual practices) (yes its an out-there example but remember it may help those that are experiencing it ;) .............. Other high stress risque sex could be from having sex with strangers, etc ....

Also, the awareness that stress can be caused in the human body from too much activity or not enough (sedentary / lethargic individual)

Diet is obviously important too ... too much or not enough of something can cause stress which leads to hair loss.  Many vegans / vegetarians have receded hair lines (men and women) or men are commonly bald.  Of course many men who eat lots of meat are too, but this is related to other stress co factors in my opinion. I've also noticed vegetarians (not vegans) who have great heads of hair who were very active, but also would eat eggs regularly or fish on occasion. Taking too many supplements or medication can also be a huge factor.

Drugs, weed, and alcohol while relieving stress can also cause it heavily from the bodies need to detox from these substances when you are not high or drunk etc.. not to mention the degradation they cause on healthly cells.  The only real benefit they give is helping a person relax while under their infulence ... well, depending on the drug ... but during that state of relaxation a person can heal... thats the bottom line.

Its often a combination of the factors that build up the stress enough to where we are not releasing it in a timely manner to stay as healthy (healing) as we could be...... and thus hair loss can occur.

Recognizing energy drain and gain among our relationships with people and how it effects hair health.

Its also important to see the link between incompatible partners and how they effect our energy levels.  I've noticed that with some people I get drained of energy and others I stay neutral or even feel better because of my time spent with them.  This can effect our health. (hair loss or gain)

Become good at recognizing when you feel more or less full of energy after encounters or time with others. (no matter where you happen to be in the day)

You may also feel a tingling near your recession areas while with someone that you may feel is draining you.  Keep an eye out for effects that you feel while in the presence of people to determine how they are effecting your health.

Sexual Exhaustion and Hair Loss

Its becoming more well known that sexual exhaustion plays a key role in hair quality.  (as well as whole body health)

Lower back pain is a good indicator of sexual exhaustion. (but not always a sign of course)

Ejaculating too much or too little can be a cause of hair loss I've noticed.  It's all about balance as in all things it seems.  Especially if one is lazy and not moving around much but just eating and masturbating or having too much sex.

So stay active and engage in sex in a balanced manner and see rewards and renewed health in your life.

Oxygen as a vital role to hair health and REgrowth.

Not a Meta Tag, but required anyway
The importance of oxygen in the body is as paramount, if not more so, than water.

Deep breathing and movement (exercise) insures proper disbursement of oxygen throughout the body.

We also have to examine our surroundings for air quality (especially indoors).  Air fresheners are usually very damaging to our indoor air quality as well as other things.  Be thorough and detailed about the cleanliness of your air whether indoor or out.

This practice will increase overall health thereby increasing hair health and add a potential for new growth.

Regenepure Shampoo really does work!

Buy it here: http://amzn.to/2kbKEHU

Great product I have been using that you can actually feel working and help to clean the scalp and remove excess sebum.  Spearmint oil is very soothing and cleansing. I wouldnt recommend using this every day though ... but i have noticed it helping my scalp stay clean and thus prevent hair recession.

heres the ingredient list:

KETOCONAZOLE

Prevents and treats fungal infections of the skin, eliminates dandruff and makes hair look and feel thicker. Recent studies suggest that its anti-inflammatory properties can mend skin damage caused by male pattern alopecia, disrupt the production of DHT (dihydrotestosterone) and may even have a stimulating effect on hair growth.

SERENOA SERRULATA (SAW PALMETTO) EXTRACT

Used for its medicinal properties for centuries, Saw Palmetto extract is currently common in the treatment of benign prostatic hypertrophy, erectile dysfunction and low sperm counts. Recent studies suggest that it may have potential as a treatment for male pattern baldness, and it has been medically approved for that purpose in Europe.

EMU OIL

An anti-inflammatory natural tissue nutrient, full of healthy omega oils that moisturize deeply, healing and rejuvenating the skin. A recent Boston University study found that emu oil “remarkably” increased the thickness of the scalp skin and awakened dormant hair follicles.

NIACIN VITAMIN B3

Promotes healthy scalp circulation and is one of the top nutritional supplements recommended for the prevention of hair loss.

CAFFEINE

Helps to stimulate the scalp and is easily absorbed by the skin. Studies have shown that it can control the effect of testosterone on the scalp, significantly increasing the growth and life cycle of hair.

PYRIDOXINE HCL (VITAMIN B6)

Shown to help inhibit the conversion of testosterone to DHT in the skin.

L-PATHENOL

Improves hair shine and moisturizes the scalp with Vitamin B5. Studies suggest that it may have additional anti-inflammatory properties.

LINOLENIC ACID

An important antioxidant that helps to stimulate the capillaries that carry blood to the hair follicles and minimizes free radical damage.

SIMMONDSIA CHINESIS (JOJOBA) SEED OIL

Chemically similar to the natural oils of the scalp, jojoba helps to replace essential oils that shampoo cleansers typically remove.

ZINC OXIDE
Protects the scalp and has been clinically shown to help block the formation of DHT in the skin.

Here is where you can get it:
