Stress in its various forms is the cause of hair

I'm not trying to draw attention to suffering here with this photo, but we do need to all pitch in to stop this from happening.

I post this photo to show the effects of stress causing skull expansion (most apparent in the forehead bone over-growth) and thereby causing hair recession, even in children.  The stress they are undergoing is obviously from lack of nutrition mainly .. but accompanied by emotional / physical stresses of their undoubtedly extremely difficult lives.

Gene side note:  The only aspect that genes play a role in hair loss is that you are inheriting certain stresses from your gene pool.  You can either transcend these stresses by a balanced lifestyle and prevent those gene disadvantages from causing your hair loss or leave them unresolved. (perhaps by, but not limited to, similar or exact lifestyle behaviour from your ancestry/genes)

The Majority of the reason for hair loss:
Imbalanced-Stress in it's myriad forms -

1. Under or Over Nutrition
2. Under or Over Sexual Activity (Includes Masturbation)
3. Under or Over Exercising
4. Lack of Emotional Stability causes stress
5. Under or Over Risk Taking (not pushing far enough or too much and not resting enough)
6. Emotional Abuse (includes bullying and over-bearing attitude)
7. Over mental use or greed for knowledge that puts too much energy to the mind and not enough to the body
8. Radiation from cell phones and etc
9. chemicals that are toxic
10. drug use
11. Getting enough sleep
etc....

So we know Stress can be good and bad ... we just need to balance it in its good forms and avoid or treat the effects of the bad forms. That simple :D.

Balding Causes Summary from Self and Online Study (Nov 2014)

Balding happens from different co factor reasons.  Some of these may be to blame in one balding man or woman ... but maybe not the same for the other balding person.

If you stop at just the genetic blame then you are copping out. Genes do give a advantage or disadvantage but that is just where you start from... it's up to you to change how you live to change your genes and uplift your family lineage by upgrading your lifestyle.  (Upgrading from your previous family lineage lifestyle which caused them balding -- I mean think about it ... Balding had to start happening for one reason or another.  It didn't just appear in a person one day and then they passed their genes on .. Com'on .. it's how they were living .. maybe environmental stress....self abuse stress...outside forces stress ... etc.. It can be traced to one or multiple co-factors)

Learn to 'see & listen' where diff things affect your body (emotions, mind, physical things):

  • Exercise is really the most effective may I think to help balance a person to help them see whats causing their problem and thus work to remedy it. (It may turn out that it was just the mere fact that exercising wasn't happening enough to be the main cause for balding in one particular person ... or that plus other co factors) -- ** Exception being if you exercise too much this can also cause balding as it's an example of over-stressing the body.

  • Sexual energy and ejaculation 'imbalance' is also probably one of the main reasons for balding ... or the #1 common factor. Especially men have to be careful what they put their sexual energy into and if its a balanced habit in their life.  If over-done or under-done I think the effect can be very similar. This effect is a stress to the body than can cause balding (probably mostly all the time from skull bone growth) and other problems to the body's health.

  • Our relationships with people and so called 'energy vampires' can also be a cause and also exacerbate the above two conditions.  It only helps us to see how we change via our interactions with people and thereby make appropriate changes.

  • Sleep is huge.  This should be easy to feel when you have had enough.  If not well try to get it back.

  • Eating Enough or too much.  Also eating the right types of things that our bodies are asking for.  Also lumping in clean water into this one.  Side note: Bottled water is horrible for the environment.  Watch 'Tapped' Documentary if possible to learn more -- its on Netflix, etc.

  • Drugs (medications, alcohol, marijuana, etc) -- possible co factors --not saying they always cause baldness in everyone .. We are very complex and increase that complexity by adding unnatural things into our lives .. the way the particular substance interacts with our unique set of life circumstances may cause balding in one but not another.

Oxygen Therapy to help with Hair Health

Taking deep breaths of good clean air and holding them in can enrich the body/blood with oxygen which will help with hair health and overall body health.

If you have access to oxygen therapy clinics I'd say it's definitely worth a try!

Also exercising outside in good air conditions is a great way to flood your body with oxygen.

Hair Migration

It's true that with head hair recession also will follow unwanted hair on other parts of the body.  Be aware that they are very connected in that the same stress is causing both effects.  We must manage our stresses in life and find balance with them to keep our body in balance.  Remembering stress is a good thing and bad.. depending upon the type and how much is being accumulated in the body at one time...then if the proper rest cycle is allowed and if the stress is being released in a healthy fashion.

the stresses have been mentioned in previous posts but include: (note these are mostly negative stresses but a few may also provide positive stress if done in a healthy and balanced way)

-drugs
-unhealthy sexual behavior
-bullying (mental stress / emotional stress)
-abuse
-unhealthy over eating
-toxins from inside house and outside
-negative thinking
-exercise (if over or underdone)
-etc etc

** The title was taken from a urban dictionary post which was pretty funny, link here - http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Hair%20Migration&defid=7790887

New theories

1. DHT is not being used (or burned up) by physical activity / exercise - so it goes to skull swelling (gradual hair loss effect) and
hair growth in unwanted areas of the body.

2. Energetic affairs are at work from sex that cause stress which elevates DHT and leads to # 1.

3. Attacks from people cause stress which elevates DHT

4. Malnutrition limits blood flow to scalp areas and hair thins

Picture is a reminder to be careful who you have sex with as the stress can mess up your balance.

Skull Expansion Hair Loss Connection (Theory)

Came across a great free PDF that does push a book to
buy, but still has some key info inside.

The fundamental idea is that DHT is a growth hormone and this causes hair growth, bone growth, muscle growth.  Now where the balding occurs is when the skull bones grow too much and stretches the skin.  Thus pinching the veins/capillaries blood flow to the hair follicles and slowly thinning the hair down until its gone or unnoticeable.

So DHT is not what causes hair to thin .. but actually causes growth.  The problem is its causing bone growth too which leads to the hair loss.

So the question becomes how do you remove that DHT build up in the system?

 - Exercise ( the kind where you feel like you worked your body good .. you'll have body sensations like tingling or things of this nature that indicate when its effective)

- Balanced Nutrition (which includes proper Hydration of quality water)

-Balanced Sleep (make sure you're getting enough and good quality sleep)

- Balanced Sex Life (no excess in sex or masturbation .... and also noticing if you are involved in highly stressful sexual practices either in masturbation or with other(s) that will cause a huge surge of DHT creation during (from the stress))

- Stress in general (find the sources of emotional stress in your life and try to reduce as much as possible ... as stress creates DHT in the body)

Good stresses like Exercise and other stresses
can be beneficial of course as long as balanced and non obsessive.
